As Global Product Manager, you are responsible for the strategic and commercial success of an international product portfolio. You work at the interface of Quality, R&D, Sales and Marketing, translating customer and market needs into competitive product solutions across the entire product lifecycle.

Your Contribution

• You define and execute global product strategies aligned with SCHOTT Pharma’s business unit and corporate strategy, ensuring long-term value creation.
• You manage the full product lifecycle, including product roadmap planning, portfolio optimization and phase‐in/phase‐out decisions based on state‐of‐the‐art technologies.
• You drive product innovations and enhancements by translating customer, market and application requirements into clear product concepts and business cases.
• You lead global product launch activities, including positioning, value propositions, documentation, pricing input and internal/external trainings.
• You analyze global markets, competitors and trends, providing structured market and competitive intelligence to support strategic decisions.
• You collaborate closely with cross‐functional and international stakeholders across Product Development, Technology, Sales and Marketing.

Your Profile

• You hold a Master’s degree in Chemistry – ideally a PHD, Pharmaceutical or Medical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a comparable field with strong technical affinity.
• You have several years of experience in Product Management, Strategic Marketing, or Business Development within an international environment.
• You have proven experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry and are familiar with complex product portfolios.
• You demonstrate strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual skills combined with a structured and results-oriented working style.
• You communicate confidently in English and are experienced in stakeholder management across cultures and functions.
• You are willing to travel internationally.
