Supply Chain Manager Retrofit AIRBUS (m/w/d)

As a Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d) you will be at the forefront of industrializing supply chain processes and managing retrofit strategies for airline operations. This vital role combines technical expertise, proactive planning, and leadership to ensure seamless implementation of retrofit solutions while adhering to cost, time, and quality benchmarks. Based on strong collaboration and organizational skills, you will drive and manage industrial deployment, ensure alignment of technical solutions, and contribute to strategic retrofit planning while working closely with cross-functional teams.

• You will industrialize the supply chain through effective analysis and planning of lead times and capacities.
• You will lead the deployment of technical solutions and take responsibility on behalf of the retrofit program.
• You will contribute to and challenge program mitigation and retrofit strategies to develop robust solutions.
• You will translate retrofit and program requirements into clear inputs for engineering, procurement, supply chain, and program departments.
• You will provide necessary inputs to the Supply Chain Manager Retrofit for effective supply chain industrialization of solutions.
• You will facilitate supplier capacity negotiations, material reservations, and missing parts management.
• You will define and manage coordination across engineering, procurement, and other key stakeholders to align retrofit objectives (time, cost, quality).
• You will oversee global retrofit strategies, ensuring embodiment completion across fleets.
• You will manage customer orders for retrofit kits in close collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager Retrofit.
• You will ensure solutions align with customer constraints while overseeing retrofit process completion.

• You possess a bachelor's degree in a technical field, business administration, supply chain/logistics, or a related domain.
• You have 3 years' experience in configuration management, procurement, customer service, production planning, and supply chain logistics.
• You demonstrate advanced knowledge of SAP, Google Workspace, Lean Management, and project management practices.
• You are fluent in English:
• You exhibit strong communication skills to collaborate across all levels and ensure effective team engagement.
• You work independently, in a structured and result-oriented manner with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
• You are capable of managing tasks with a high level of responsibility, organization, and resilience.
• You are adept at prioritizing customer constraints and opportunities while driving retrofit solutions to completion.
