• You will act as the main interface with suppliers, overseeing operational activities and ensuring project execution aligns with set objectives.
• You will manage supply chain and quality aspects of contracts to secure on-time and cost-effective quality performance.
• You will oversee supplier quality approval processes, ensuring compliance with certification requirements with key stakeholders.
• You will monitor and support new product introductions and changes to ensure industrial qualification maturity before the serial production phase.
• You will assess supplier capacity, capability, and performance, while proactively identifying risk areas and leading mitigation efforts.
• You will lead supplier performance improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic supplier development.
• You will report on supplier operational performance and manage all activities related to supplier management using advanced tools.

We are seeking a professional with a strong background in engineering or business applications and a passion for supply chain and quality management. You will bring technical expertise and a results-oriented mindset to thrive in this hands-on managerial role in Bremen’s aerospace industry.

• You have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Applications, or a related field.
• You bring 2+ years of professional experience in project management, supplier management, quality management, and supply chain management.
• You possess strong knowledge in process management and risk management strategies.
• You are fluent in English, with proficient German skills being an added advantage.
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a structured, independent working style.
• You are willing to occasionally travel within Europe (maximum once per month).
